These are the official burning addresses for UNIW and UNIA on Ethereum POW and Arbitrum. 0x...0000 and 0x...dead are the official burning addresses on every EVM compatible chain, thus no one has access to them.
They are comfortable for development purposes not only for token burns, but also for burning liquidity for projects, essentially locking it forever.
